Tracie Andrews produces paintings that combine abstract shapes in a minimal modernist style. Her main medium is Gouache paint, enabling her to create paintings that are simultaneously bold and delicate. Other than this all I can say is I am a big fan of these paintings. Tracie has a huge range of colour schemes, in a lot of ways these are perfect for picking out multiple prints for a gallery wall or a small selection of 2 or 3. Her prints start at a very reasonable £19.95 for an A3 sized print at East End Prints.
From her profile:
I’m an artist based in the UK. I have spent the last ten years as a full-time freelance designer and microstock artist, producing illustrations and design assets for a variety of applications. These days I prefer to spend my time on the more arty side of things, working with a variety of different mediums, both digital and traditional, which I think reflects in the diverse work that I create. I also like cats, regular cappuccinos and sci-fi movies.
Tracie’s prints are available through multiple online stores, but we’ve chosen to feature the ones selling through East End Prints. This will hopefully reduce shipping costs for those lovely UK readers who chose to buy from here, and you can feel happy that you’re carbon footprint is as small as possible, rather than buying from Europe or the USA. We also have a huge amount of love for East End Prints, a print gallery shop, based on Brick Lane in East London. If you’re not familiar with Brick Lane then please add it to your to do list for your next London visit, it’s got all my favourite things: food, shops, art, markets, food and also food.
